It is entirely likely that you have never heard of SYM despite the fact that they have been one of the largest vehicle builders in Taiwan for nearly 50 years. You are forgiven for not knowing who they are since they often build products for other companies such as Honda, Bombardier and Hyundai. Their own name brand scooters arrived on US soil two years ago and are gaining popularity. If you haven't seen one yet, you likely will soon.

Got me one yesterday, 2008, 2500 miles, red, in very good condition, $2000.00. Runs and looks fantastic, everything works, been well maintained...what's not to like?! Very happy.

Are you talking about the same bike?

I just bought one in Malaysia for 9000RM, that's about 3000$. Mine is a 200 though, not a 250.
