Well having seen the Film Avatar, my first stereo 3D movie, I just had to have a go! So here it is! I used to difference cameras, which is not a good idea as they are hard to match up. I then did the editing in Sony Vegas Pro 9.0e. I then spent an age trying to match and crop of the two video clips together. The other problem I had was that my left eye is a bit dodgy and so it's hard for me to see these anaglyphic type 3D images. Some of them seem to work, we.. for me! The 3D animations were done in Cinema 4D, which is a whole lot easier to set up two cameras! You'll need some of them anaglypg specs (red/cyan) to see the effect Hope it works for you!

  • @josiahjahnke i like it

  • @alanlmsca haha It was about two or three weeks before the Avatar dvd/bluray release. It was on Wednesday afternoon. There were only 9 vehicles at the cinema including mine. :D

  • @josiahjahnke Wow..the whole cinema and Avatar all to yourself! You lucky swine :-)) When was that?

  • @alanlmsca Definitely. I wore my Avatar shirt to the cinema the last time I saw it. Funny story actually, I ended up being the only person in the auditorium :P

  • @josiahjahnke Yeah me too. I'd be great to go to the cinema wearing them!

  • @alanlmsca lol I bought two AF shirts also. I really hope there will be a ToS shirt.
