Razorz, I guess we should all understand something. Today, the eyes of the world are watching almost everything, even right here on 'Tube. When "Biko" was written, atrocities were committed with total impunity. Most people involved even remain silent about it, whether for fear or complicity.
But seeing things don't stop them to happen. The impunity has sophisticated itself. As for today, you can blame a country on terrorism, and even torture on plain sight. You can even upload the video.
