America has yet to blow their own nuclear reactor for the sake of a few risky tests that they wern't sanctioned to do, thus placing half the continent in mortal crisis... then proceed to endanger and kill thousands of it's own troops and miners to build (brick by brick) a giant concrete shell around said reactor, because they were too stupid to do it in the first place like everyone else.
