Infernape LEARNS flare blitz i belive at level 60. yes i no his infernape was lv 59 and had flare blitz but it either 60 or 59 its one of them levels. trust me i had a level 89 infernape in my pokemon white game whitch just came out on march 6th, 2011(:

i definately prefer the battle with cynthia in platinum. not only does the room look cooler but she does this epic thing in the beginning where her hair blows in the wind =P
