Wow really? I can't believe it, how can someone be driving on the road perfectly fine for (god knows how long) on the damn highway with no accidents along the way and manages to steer right into the shoulder where they (clearly SEE as bright as DAY) someone pulled to the side of the road by a police officer with blinding LED strobe lights??? It just boggles my mind.

Were all taught to keep ur eyes looking in the direction of travel as the car will go where the driver is looking. That's a major problem with overall congested traffic, " rubber necking".

Worrying about everything besides what's out front in the direction ur travelling is the issue

So someone is getting a ticket, who cares.

@pablohang I've been a motorcyclist for some time now and the early hint in getting along safely is to "look where you want to go." In other words, one must do a little "left-brain, right-brain" shuffle, keeping the mind calm and clear and resisting the lure of looking at the flashing lights. Those lights should get your attention initially, but then one must ride or drive his own route without fixating upon the lights. Hope this helps...

It's no different then being in a traffic jam on one side of the freeway because there is a fender bender on the other side of the freeway! does that make sense? NO!!
