The Big Bang -- What Is the Origin Of The Mass That Initiated It? / Video
Where did the dense mass come from that started the Big Bang?
How did this dense mass originate from nothing?
Some claim mass existed from all eternity and hence had no beginning but, if mass had no origin, then how could mass presently exist?
If this dense mass originated from energy, that is, from Einsteins equation for mass, m = E divided by c squared, then where did the energy originate?
If this dense mass somehow materialized from the curvature of space, then where did space come from?
If this dense mass somehow materialized out of nothing, then where would the driving force be for the materialization?
Some claim the origin of this dense mass was outside our understanding of time, but if this is true, then how did this dense mass introduce itself into our present understanding of time?
So how do atheists answer these questions?
Many atheists claim that the origin of mass in the Universe is quite speculative at this point in our history, but, perhaps someday scientific research will shed light on this mystery.
In other words, they admit that they do not know.
In the atheists concept of the Universe, there can never be a First Cause, even though the conservation laws of matter and energy, the Second Law of Thermodynamics, the mathematical science of statistics and the application of logic and reason clearly point to a First Cause.
And the few atheists that will admit to a First Cause, will always rationalize that this First Cause has no intellect.

@monkeyluver24 Go to google, since I'm unable to post the link, and look up "How many different ways can you date rocks?" It's the one that's titled 'How accurate are Carbon-14 and other radiometric dating methods'

@trollolcopter six different methods eh? name them and show me proof that it gives different dates of the earth
---
and yes that is a law of quantum physics but dumbed down because it is complex even for me. but you even said "He was always there." not he came from a particle of matter appearing from nowhere

@monkeyluver24 Lies. Scientists have six different methods of dating fossils and rocks. All of them give different results. They only choose the ones that give higher bigger dates in an attempt to support their nonsensical theories.
---
Really? Something CAN come from nowhere? Then doesn't that make God possible?

@trollolcopter i hope you realize that science has proven the earth to be over 4 billion years old.
---
the origin of the big bang "materials" is not certain because science hasn't advanced enough, but there are theories. under the laws of quantum physics, it is known for particles of matter to come from no where.

@monkeyluver24 I KNOW that the earth is a few thousand years old.

God didn't need to 'come from' anywhere. He was always there.

Where did the materials and energy for the Big Bang come from?

@monkeyluver24 i try to follow Christianity, but religions nowadays are so misconstrued.
i believe in a higher entity much bigger than ourselves, that we will find out more about after we die.

I don't know why God and science always have to be so separate. I've always trusted science and been curious about the way everything works. I always figured God(and no one as to create God, he or whatever it is, has always been here.), put the energy here, put the universe into motion, with science in mind. I'm not a big fan of religion, but that's how I see it.

@trollolcopter and how old do you think the earth is? a few thousand years old? what about life on other planets? with billions of galaxies (each containing billions of stars with planets around those) how could there not be at least one planet with some living thing on it. it doesn't even have to breathe oxygen and drink water. btw where did god come from?
monkeyluver24 1 week ago
@InfernalSavior that is one of the most interesting things i have heard lately. i had never seen it from that point of view. do you believe in some sort of religion? (curiosities sake) i am an atheist and keep my mind open toward most things. religion teaches us that god is a being (godly and nothing like a human) that is what i was taught and why i believed Him to be a being

m=e/c2.
mass comes from energy.
god is the energy.
when atheists hear the term "god", they imagine a fictional being with a long white beard that looks like a human. god is a subjective term. god and energy are the same. energy cannot be created nor destroyed, meaning it is forever. so when atheists try claiming "who created god", simply put, nothing. god, which is energy, has always been and will always be.
god, or energy, is responsible for the big bang.
