ok u use the deep conditioner for 7 day and then u dont use it until 4 months later???

It depends on you, I know some people would use it once a week. Me in particular I use it when I see that my hair feels/looks dry.

I have a couple of questions, I think it was Pursebuzz who said you should not use conditoner on all of your head, only like from where your ears start and then go down. Do you do that or do u use it all over your head?

Also, do you use heat protectant during the cold winter months also?

It depends on your hair, is your hair oily? If it is, Put the conditioner on the ends like she said. I live in California, so our winters aren't so cold as other states, but I would still use the heat protectant cause I would use my flat iron still.

silicones aren't bad for your hair, but if you don't use a sulfate shampoo after using them it causes build-up.. silicones actually lock moisture in, just make sure you throughly shampoo them out!

I put uv protector when I go out in the sun :) guess that might work better!

sweety you dont use heat protectant for the sun. it will do nothing. if your worried about sun damage to your hair use a UV filter spray. l'oreal has one.

i heard silicone is bad for your hair, that it only makes it seem like its working but it isn't.
