  • Thankyou so much, managed to make my first real flight today!

  • @Jsijtsma Congrats!! Where did you fly to?

  • @FlightSimTutorials I flew from Amsterdam to Munich, not very far but oh well great for my first flight :D

  • @Jsijtsma Oh awesome!

  • Ok, the biggest question on my mind as opposed to any other fsx ILS vid . . . How in the WORLD did you get it to flare!? I'm so jealous! The default will fly that baby strait into the runway at 600 FPM which in real life is the standard for damage for most aircraft.

  • @lmaw1123 The default aircraft do not flare. I didn't actually get it to flare haha. I didn't perform a test flight in this aircraft prior to making of this video. I am used to add-on aircraft which actually do flare that I assumed this one would too.

  • Good vid but i couldn't hear you very well:P

  • Thank You - Good Job

  • @Jsijtsma Well technically the approach speed depends on a few things such as on the aircraft's landing weight. Typically in the aircraft you would use a reference chart that tells you what the Vapp will be based on weight and if there is wind or not.
