Monologue "Been so Long"

Monologue written by the Play Writer Che Walker from the play "Been so Long".

Its about a young woman Simone and her whirlwind romance with Raymond who has just been released from jail. He is a charmer, can get any girl he wants, and the moment he sets his eyes on Simone he wants her, more than any other girl he has ever wanted.
Simone has had loads of bad experiences with men, but she is also drawn to Raymond and his charm, almost hypnotised, but she is too scared to take a risk with him. They first meet in the local club, and after going back and forth, her resisting him, him chirpsing, she finally gives in, and they start sleeping together.
Now, even though they are sleeping together he is still seeing other people and she comes to hear about it...this is what this monologue is based around
