Up With The Lark - Advanced Event Stallion

Classically bred for eventing, Michael Jackson's Up With The Lark is by the prolific advanced event stallion Welton Apollo. Welton Apollo competed at four star level with
Leslie Law, finishing 8th at Badminton in 1989, and also represented GB at Burghley in the European Championships. He proved to be amazingly sound, competing at top level into his 16th year. To date he has sired more than 15 advanced event horses.
Magical Lark, Up With The Lark's dam, was successfully competed by Sarah Taylor reaching advanced before retiring to stud. In 2000 she was one of the top five graded mares with SHB. Her sire, Crested Lark, also sired the 4 star eventer Brer Rabbit.
Up With The Lark's competition record speaks for
itself. As a four year old he was the British Eventing Breeding Champion and finished in the top ten at the Burghley Young Event Horse Final in 2005. He now boasts advanced points and in 2010 will be aiming at 3 star level.
His impeccable manners and beautiful movement
always put him among the leaders in the dressage and together with his bold careful jump, make him one of the best stallions on the eventing circuit.
