Right: I mean that YES...criminals will and DO get hold of the guns....but not NEARLY as readily or in the same numbers as in the US. Have you any IDEA of the disparity in the numbers of gun deaths per year in the US, compared to the UK...or Canada, or France, or Japan, or Germany. well, gun related deaths are dwarfed by drunk driving and other drug deaths... better ban vehicles and alcohol too. Bottom line, dictators such as Stalin, Mao, and Hitler all established dictatorial rights by gun control. The 2nd amendment was written for a reason my friend. 1,000 rounds? I doubt that. Does no one have any idea what bullets weigh, let alone a 1,000? It's all pretty simple regardless. Don't sell or allow mentally unstable people to own firearms, and put more things into place to prevent them from getting them. THat actions of a few "crazy" people shouldn't take firearms out of the hands of sane, responsible Americans.
