The riots? that only started the detruction. The Blacks did the burning ,smashing,

maybe only 3 % of them ,but it wasnt whitey coming in from Oakland county ,Dearborn or Canada. No the suburban malls didnt vandalize a thing, they are inatimate objects.the Industrial decline hit Warren Dearborn ,Livonia, But White's didnt trash those cities. No not most black did it, But the few that did ,did it. Duh
