Well, this podcast didn't become "uma perola do youtube" and it is here as evidence of the effort made by Brazilian teachers to engage responsibly in their continuing education, facing the reality of the Brazilian educational system.
Let me be honest, too - I would feel terribly embarassed if teachers, specially the ones I've been working with, had to hide their effort in their learning process and sweep reality, dreams, frustrations and achievements under the carpet.
