On the Cholera Outbreak in Mukuru slums, it is emerging that some water suppliers in the area may have used sewage tankers to transport drinking water. The government says the rapid spread of the disease points to a more widespread cause. Earlier on Sunday, medical personnel moved into the area for the fourth day to try and contain the outbreak. NTVs Rita Tinina reports on Mukurus tankers of death.
Maybe if we gave incentives for people to take pride in their rural homes we wouldn't have these stinking slums...

Goes to buy Hammer2 spare parts.
In one case the CDF cash built a morque!
If they took care of the society's hygiene with clean water and disposal systems there will not be a need of bigger mortuaries.

Kazi kwa vijana is already defunct; money - missing. CDF - should be a branch of kenya wildlife because they are increasingly producing white elephants. Kenya gives development funds to politicians to use to their discretion, currently around $1m per constituency. Knowing Kenya, what percentage do you think is really going to use?

it is fair to say our city council has failed in its duty to provide services. open sewers that run across those slums r the causes of this outbreak
