  • @AllNatural1625 not completly but yeah that are way better that work on the same stuff >.<

  • The basic motion being demostrated here - rotation of the inside foot 180 degrees (almost) to transition from the backward cross over to forward skating is the same motion taught by Laura Stamm in her hockey power skating DVD. Although the repeated transition done here as the girl goes around the circle is something I haven't seen before.

  • completely pointless drill for hockey
