This is a great video about an unbelievably simple, effective, practical technique. It's a shame that people suffer with neck pain, back pain, poor posture without giving the Alexander Technique a try; perhaps because they've never heard of it.
As an Alexander Technique teacher in NYC, I think it's imperative we spread the word!
