@KingdomSlayer The word is a japanese way of letting out a yell or scream, like we write in comics " AAAARGH! ". When someone gets hit in the stomach, usually he will say " uboa ".

That said, Uboa itself can be anything you want it to be. A storm? Possible. Mado's father? Also possible.

This game is purely interpretional and therefore i can't really tell you what it is. Many agree on the theory that he's a sort of feeling in madotsuki's head that she locked far away ( hard to reach in game ).
