Gerry Barr - BillC293 has passed!

New Canadian legislation which will focus Canada's aid spending so as to make sure that Canadian aid is spent to reduce poverty, to respect human rights, and to take account of the things that people living in poverty really think are important. This is a terrific victory for the make poverty history campaign, just terrific, about 3 years in the making; it ended up with all parties supporting this brilliant piece of legislation.
