  • Max, do you have cores in those coils? Or are they air coils? Thanks!

  • @rwg42985 no, why would you put cores in them?did you put cores in yours? your flux field would be stronger but distort the flux into the center of the epg core

the copper will become magnetic and the magnetic fluid inside would be your core.

i saw you said your end coil got hot, so the fluid did not move. you exceeded the flux permabuility of the core material, saturated the core with flux. the ferro fluid would try to stick to the fired coil

  • @rwg42985 by using ferro fluid, all you did was make a liquid ferrite core, and the other coils are just reacting to a transformer primary, the other coils just pickup the flux passed through the core materal, like any transformer. if you used magnetic ferrite it may pump, idk, but non magnetic ferro fluid will not move, because the intire tube becomes the core

  • btw, porous ceramic disk sent for you from jdc?

  • @zcsaba77 have not recieved

  • hi max

this is magnetic pump for EPG?

  • @zcsaba77 yes
