  • You want to carry narcan? Ugh, Intermediates are a dying breed...leave it to the paramedics dude.

  • If you had the ability to read into a comment you would notice that much sarcasm was behind that statement. Also the additional statement of me sticking to my scope. As in "scope of practice."

It's ok. I have to help me medics with reading sometimes too.

  • EMT-I

  • Ipecac? Toss it kid.. Useless.

  • You've had "a lot of really bad Brown Recluse bites"?? WTF! Quit sleeping in the barn!

  • Haha. I do a lot of late night cat fishin in some areas that are a little...overgrown. Best place to fish since I'm the only one fishin there.

  • Yes, the FDA thinks its not useful anymore, but it doesn't take up that much space, and doesn't get in my way, so until it expires, I don't mind having the extra option. Between it and charcoal, I should be ok. Unless I decide to carry some Nar-Can as well, but I think I'll stick with my scope.

  • Just wondering if anyone out there has heard of Mobil Medic Trauma Gear. Looking to get on eof their kits, just don't know much about them. Saw only 1 review of their kit on here...anyone know of any other reviews on their kits?

I was told to go to Galls, but they are expensive...I did a google search of them and saw they have over 1100 positive feedback on ebaY, but I want to see if anyone out there has used them.

  • Hallo I'm a curious European (soon to bee EMS RN practitioner) and I would like to ask if you EMS practitioner in the USA (off-course I understand there are different rules/laws in every state) can/have to arrange and/or buy your own bags or if your company/F.D./Hospital supplies and arrange bags for you?

(Apologize if It's not so understandable for English is not my native language)

    Greetings to you Sir!

  • just ordered the 5.11 responder BLS 2000 bag

  • cant find any bags for 39.99 lol cheepist one i can find is like 69.99

  • hey thanks for posting this man! I was looking at this bag for a back up and wasn't too sure if it would be worth it but it seems pretty good!

  • On the other DynaMed trauma bags, I find theose little elastic loops on the lid to be totally useless. Everytime you open the lid, the instruments always slip out.

  • Can you still get these bags. I cant see them on the galls site?

I got one close, but no internal plastic/vynal bags.
