Very true. But he knows how to control his anger... According to Master Sifo Dyas, the force is'nt divided in two, but more of a whole spectrum of control. Wether or not you fall to a certain extreme truly indicates if you shall be a sith, or jedi... even then, you have to completely accept your position for it to be completely true.
