NASA Decoded Alien Transmission From Saturn

Speech patterns have been found in a radio signal released by NASA almost 3 years previously in 2004.

Judge for yourself what the voices are saying, it is a very bizarre anomaly but very much worth investigating.
Instructions:

1) Download and save the original WAV file from NASA/Cassini website:

2)Open an audio editor like Cool Edit or Sonar and raise the pitch/frequency of the file by 12 tones with the pitch shifter..

and there it is, speech patterns.

How can anyone explain this anomaly. Certainly NASA have no explanation for it after we presented the file to them for their opinion. SETI also dont know what make of it. What do you think?

dont get fool by the "organic" noise... when you change the frequencies to be eared by humans they will allways had this kind of sound...

per example, humans can ear everything till 20000mhz if you have frequencies above that we will not ear it... but if you reduce a signal from to fit in our spectro range... it will allways sound "freak" like that, doesnt matter the source...

if you try to ear a low quality mp3 like 64kbs you will notice similar "crackles" caused by incomplete line of wave

you know how ants are tiny, and they dont understand the purpose of a big highway near their ant hill? they have no clue as to what its purpose is (threatening, non threatening)..what if the human race is like that ant hill? and aliens technology, and intentions are unknown, because of their "highway" that is so far advanced ahead of ours? really something to think about.

I made a phone call today and heard the something similar to this. Is it possible to pick up their signal on a phone? When it was the same this over and over again. I have no clue what it means. I wish I could have recorded it because when I hung up and called the number again I connected to the person I was originally trying to call. What I heard through my phone was a little distorted like it wasn't good reception. So when I found this transmission it made me think that maybe I just heard som

And probably something we will never understand, because we couldn't possibly accept that aliens we got any clear proof of "visiting" us are merely talking about some storm in Saturn's atmosphere that is approaching their ship, which to any scientist would make a whole load more sense than chatting to us from that location, but to anyone else especially any looney who believes in reptilians and messages from some galactic federation just seems unrealistic, because it ain't about them. GEEZ!

By that I mean, the guy who supposedly sought to make a more clear sound of this "jibberish" has made it his intention to try and utilize it to scare us as if they were actually going to send something from Saturn to us to talk about us and using a very ineffective means by the way, especially since we have to pick it up and know where it would be coming from. That is how you can dismiss a lot of this boloney right away.

Clearly as I had indicated, it is just something we caught accidentally.

Nevertheless, what you should take notice is how people who listen to that:

Would assume they are speaking about Earth. As if Erde means Earth. Depending on the way it is pronounced it can mean cloud or storm. And Dahy can mean engine or ship depending on how it is pronounced. It sounds like "Die" but with a sharp and clear y sound at the end, which if you understand Zhori clearly indicates a ship is mentioned. The idiots who do this shit.. by that I mean...

Now what I have gathered is that the language used is in Zhori, which is an extratterestrial language I am familiar with.

Note this down, the actual "message" is: "Diehst Ist Dahy Sprache Der Erde" = Coming fast towards Ship from Storm. Best translation I could make, given how confusing Zhori can be. Believe me, their language is TOUGH. Like if you change the pronunciation of the word Zhori at the last syllable it can mean you are talking about a male or a female of their kind.
