They did make a new Tenchi Muyo OVA that is apart of this shows Canon. Tenchi Muyo Ryo-Ohki. They managed to get most of the original English cast back for it save for Ryoko. Her original voice actress had retired by the time so they had to use someone else for it.

@darienreaper Technically they have with Tenchi Universe and Tenchi in Tokyo, but to me, they're more just alternate versions. I don't care for the latter very much though. If you don't mean those, then to my knowledge, no.
