This, my friends, was part of an Operation Save America demonstration which took place during the memorial service for "Baby Joel" at Trade & Tryon - "The Square" - during the hot, stinky, July lunch hour of hundreds of otherwise peaceful 9-to-5-ers. I have since seen photos of "Baby Joel" and I'm not sure what would ever posses these people to parade their children in front of such a realistic looking dead "child." At best, this was an attempt to manipulate their followers into fear and submission, and by no means was an accurate portrayal of aborted fetuses in this country.
In case you are unfamiliar with their work, OSA is a far-right extreme domestic terrorist organization whose three major enemies are abortion (above all others), homosexuals and Muslims. They seek to harass these communities and rob them of their rights to peacefully live their lives autonomously and freely. Mind you, these communities comprise approximately 70% of the world's population, by my own rough estimates.
