E30 - Built S52

270 whp built S52, originally for IP BMW Club racing, now a street engine running the smaller Sunbelt street cams. Thanks to everyone for the positive comments, the car has now been on the road for a year and I love it just as much now as the day we made this video.

What gearing are you running in the diff and what trans? Nice car, Im doing an m50 swap in my daily now. Also what exhaust are you running?

@haldenfabricius I'm running a 3.45 out of an E24 mated to my E36 M3's old transmission. The exhaust is a custom pipe off the headers to an AA track pipe resonator preserved from my old M3, and then custom pipe to a B&B Tri-Flo can that was also recycled from my old M3.

@mi16t I originally thought the stock brakes would be an issue as well, but in two years of street driving I haven't felt the need for an upgrade. Because the car isn't driven hard to the point where brake fade becomes an issue, the stock brakes stop the car just fine. 99% of the cars miles are logged on the highway, I enjoy never having to downshift to reach into the passing power, but in the end I'm not reigning it back from ludicrous speeds with enough frequency to miss a better brake setup.
