@karib666 Hahahahaha, the alcohol evaporates actually in the cooking process then the residue is sweet so you dont have to worry eating a drunk shrimp

Shrimps are way too big for this dish. You're gonna have to peel off the shell before eating it and removed the head, otherwise you'll get choked on it. Once peeled, all the flavor is gone since nothing is absorbed in the meat itself. I will definitely try this recipe but only use shelled and deveined shrimps. If really tiny shrimps are available in the store, will use that instead since that's how I tasted it for the first time in Manila. Thank you though!

unang una, para sa mga nagcocomment na di na fresh yung hipon, pasintabi lang po pero malayo ang location ng dagat.. kungmay fresh na hipon man, di na rin siya as in fresh na kahuhuli lang.. kaya sana lang mag-isip muna kayo bago magcomment.. nakakawalang gana kasi lalo na para sa mga taong gustong matutong magluto..
