It is very difficult to discuss chemistry with someone who doesn't even know what an atom is. Analogically, it is impossible to discuss history with someone who assumes they already know it all. You assume that you know that "the tsars and the soviets were both horrible dictators" when it is clear that you haven't bothered to study the subject you are trying to discuss.

Ok, to answer your simple question, no, I don't think the Tsars were "horrible dictators". Just so you know, you come off as very immature when you say things like that. The Soviets weren't all "horrible dictators" either. The early soviet regime certainly was dictatorial in nature, but the later soviet leaders, beginning with Nikita Khrushev, toned it down. Once again, you speak without the slightest knowledge of the subject.

Your assumptions about me further reveal a lack of intelligence. Your quote is not at all relevant, Benjamin Franklin does not concern me, I'm talking about the Tsars and the Soviets - two regimes that essentially committed suicide, because their leaders were out of touch with reality.

Why would that offend anyone? Christianity was part of Monarchy, he was a real Russian Orthodox, not Like the Jewish Communists and Stalin who wasn't even Russian.
