  • wrong, you can get resistance bands up to 50 pounds.

    you are telling me you aren't going to build muscle mass with 50 pound resistance bands? Of course you are going to have to mix in pull ups and push ups and such.

  • can u help me out ive got a double band with a wee pointer that makes it tougher and easier can u get me any exercises for this???

  • can this band build muslce like free weights?

  • i would recommend Aylio resistance bands. they offer a great resistance training set. other bands i've tried often snap or feel somewhat awkward during certain movements
