Let's Play Jet Force Gemini (Part 18) -- Tawfret (A)

We resume the Juno gameplay on the zombie, swamp wasteland known as Tawfret. We also find a familiar face and find out exactly what happened to this dump.

I will eventually a lot more of the game that I keep alluding to. I just want some certain events to happen before I do. It'll make more sense at that point, anyway.

Actually, the Shotgun works on large zombie drones as well, but it takes about four or five charged shots to the head, so it's wasteful on ammo. It's a good back-up plan for when you run out of Tri-Rockets, and believe me, you WILL run out of Tri-Rockets. However, you CAN get all the Tribals on the first run in Tawfret, but you need to go back to the first area (Bog) with the Crowbar. It definitely saves you from making a second trip to round up Tribals, and you'll have more Rocket capacity too.

Augh! The crowbar! Of course. I completely forgot there was a crowbar in the game, and consequently how to open that trap door. >_>

I don't think you have a choice on if you get the Crowbar or not (at least, I THINK you need to get it.) But it's hard to miss in case you do have a choice. I'd be more concerned with getting past the room right after you ended at again, since there's problems there, and you may not want to go through it twice (I hate Dragon Drones).

I think its a mandatory item. I just forgot about it. Its use is so limited. And Tawfret is probably my least favorite planet in the whole game.

Eh, Jeff apparently does stuff like that all the time. Supposedly he was the guy way back in the first cutscene that got crushed by the ship.

I also remember this level. When I play this level as a kid, I kind of (or was alot) scared play this level.

Fun Fact: You can remove a zombie drone's head with a shuriken but it'll still chase and attack you.
