Losing weight and toning up isn't about looking good. Gosh, I don't go the gym to impress anyone, I go there for myself. For my own body. So if people think they're ugly as hell, shut up and sit on your fat ass at home. EVERYONE knows toning up isn't unicorns and rainbows. You have to make sacrifices.

I'll work your glutes (hehe)

Smartfoot has the easy tone for 49.99
I just got them!

They may help some people, but they're ugly. They are so chunky.

It's pretty common knowledge that your body quickly adapts to new exercise, this is why you should change your weights and exercise routine at least every 6 weeks - otherwise you plateau. So you may get 6 weeks of improvements walking in these but pretty soon your body will adapt and then they will diminish in effectiveness - worth a hundy?

@ascaredalienbaby My friend got them for literally 100$. :/

mah its just a LOC to me seems like a dream for lazy bugga's that are to lazy to actually work out

I like MBT shoes and UGG boots forever
So we're supposed to trust the results of a study by the same people who are selling the shoes? Sounds just a little dubious to me.

The toning shoes are fugly and uncomfortable to walk in. You're also announcing to everyone that you're wearing exercise shoes. I got a pair of Smartsole exercise insoles on amazon that fit into my shoes and sneakers that are easier to walk in and are more comfortable. They're also less than $30. I wear them everywhere I go, and I felt the difference in my legs and butt almost immediately.
