  • Another example of the Mexican influence on Chamorro cuisine. Sweet tortillas are not very common in Mexico. And the use of coconut milk is something that makes the TITIYAS in Guam very unique. Remeber that the H is silent in the word HARINA. Chamorro spelling would be 'ARINA'.
