  • Thank you sir! Oss...

  • @TheeMizzx but it's other martial arts too right?

  • @stretchyslinky sport karate- Point sparring

  • damn that stuffs awseome. what type of martial art is it?

  • @mcneil3284 Caldwell fight, that wasn't a fight. Caldwell didn't do shit just was a punching bag with legs. Please that was a terrible fight. there was no strategy just a fighter scared (caldwell) and froze up. He could have done whatever to caldwell because calwell was doing anything much like tyson early oppenents scared before they even enter the ring. Ray doing car wheels and shit, thats not strategy nor MA that Bullshido.

  • @mcneil3284 Thats my point and that is why there is alot of flailing. sloppyness. Poor technique @ times. Dont get me wrong there is some good technique but way too much sloppiness. This includes ray (fighting with his hands down.) he relies on speed and quickness more then anything else. SPEED KILLS He is just faster then every one, like roy jones use to be. But look what happen to roy! Ali use to fight the same way but he was smarter he made the adjustment. Lets hope ray does too!

  • @mcneil3284 My man I can bring up video of them "run in there and hit as many times as you can until one gets tired". LOOK IT UP ITS THERE. How many times have both fighter have points taken away for "passtivity" then they go flailing punching incorrectly elbows out leading with their shoulder not there hand etc. etc. The video is there of people just flailing, i will say it has gotten better, but still needs much improvement.

  • @abenice That being said, there is plenty of defense. Ring movement, ducking, bobbing, and weaving are all there, but they must be followed by offense, as it should be considering fighters are only allowed one 3 minute round. If they had the full 14 rounds like boxing it would be a different story, they could spend a whole round being passive, but that is not the case here - because IT"S A DIFFERENT SPORT.

  • @abenice I don't disagree w/ you that the WCL is a offensively oriented sport, it absolutely is. However, the part I disagree with you is on that the fighters "Just run in there and hit as many times as you can till one gets tired. Where is the finesse, strategy, tactics." In that, you are plain wrong - there is plenty, just primarily offensive in nature. Also, those who lost to Ray did not lose b/c they were penalized for not being too defensive, almost all lost b/c they got KO'd.

  • @abenice The WCL rewards offensive fighters and punish defensive figthers. So those who flourish in the sport tend to be offensive. But hey its about $ and OFFENSE sells so that is why they do it. Has nothing to do with martial arts. Its BIG business!!

Even in rays points sparring fights when he lost it was because the person was going at him not waiting for ray to come at them. Not saying ray has bad defensive techiniques but if there is a weakness to his game that would be it.
