@kommisar Oi buddy...stfu, your wrong okay, cause unfortunately, I needed to use KF to defend myself once. It wasn't this exact style, I practice Tong Long, but all in all it is KF none the less. So until you have seen KF implemented in a situation, please refrain from forming opions on styles you have no knowledge of. Just because you see a bunch of shaolin monks prancing around doesn't mean that they would pull off a 360 backflip round house kick or whatever you think kung fu is to fight.

Wong Long the founder of mantis defeated every shaolin monk at the temple in his day. Mantis was comprised of all the knowledge they had back then with a new innovation. If any of you guys ever tell me your better than the real shaolin monks from the 1800's and especially Wong Long I will laugh in your face personally. None of the dance shit I see here is anywhere close to being "lethal", nor does any of it attack those areas of the body. It's funny how you can put one of these KF clowns in a limited- or no-rules fight, and even then you won't see them use any of their "killing moves". It's simple KF Fraud 101, dipshit.
