  • The sketch is not a good one. For example there is no volume added to the rear fender or to the greenhouse. The perspective is not precise. The wheels are represented only as rims. The bonnet meets the grill in an impossible way and much more errors. It's funny that they decided to advertise through such an amateurish effort.

  • @Kokorba6iqta - Thank you for your comment. The idea of the sketch was not to have a final product sketch, but to give people an idea of how one of our designers works. This was a demo and not his daily work. Of course, you are right that on a product sketch there is more detailed work included. Best regards.

  • great and professional rendering BUT THE WHEELS ARE OFF!

  • @AnsgarRotherDesign - Thank you for your comment. As we stated in our response to @Kokorba6iqta, the point of this video was simply to show our fans how the AMG designers work. The designer was not attempting to sketch an exact product. Best regards.

  • WOW I wish i can work for AMG as a designer it's my dream from when i was a child

  • wondering how many photos taken and how long did the designer take to drew up the picture~

  • Some people are just anal retentive beyond belief, AMG/Mercedes clearly stated from the beginning this is a demo, not an actual design process at work. Good video to just give an insight of the concept.

  • @Draklor92 Do not explain me the idea of a sketch. I know it very well. And it can not look cool to the trained eye due to it's obvious faults. If you were a student or professional industrial or car designer you would understand what I mean. This sketch looks amateurish. A good professional would effortlessly avoid such errors due to their experience, knowledge and acquired sense of perspective, proportions, form representation etc. I didn't not read a single sensible argument so far.

  • @Kokorba6iqta This is a sketch, it's a concept. It's imprecise, because it's not meant to respect the final product in total fidelity. It's just a drawing at which you can look at, and say "this car looks very cool". It just gives you the image.

  • now that's a monster

  • @TEMP0NAUT Cool,so you know him? ;)

  • @AMGFAN63 It is Jeff for sure! :) - Jeff Huet

  • @TEMP0NAUT Hrhr, I did not see the name posted anywhere,so maybe Jeff is Tim? ;)

  • @AMGFAN63 Sorry, i mean "Jeff". The Designer :)
