  • My friends and I watch your vids all the time. Best wishes for much success in what you do. Because of you and your exercise techniques, I am much stronger than I was 30 years ago. Back pain is gone and my upper and lower body is stronger. Core strength is a blast. Thanks a lot!

  • @locutslocon 3 weeks of 200 situps a day then 300 then 400 the last week with a 10 to 15 lb weight should do the trick. you probably shouldnt try it though unless your an athlete or youll hurt yourself, but it worked for me
