You're close: Time MACHINE Bake! Two years from now, the person living in this apartment will open the oven to cook a lovely roast, but to their surprise, they will discover there are already FRESH-BAKED COOKIES INSIDE. Several years after, someone will open the oven and discover a perfect loaf of banana bread!
Unfortunately, I will keep putting things inside and they will keep being sent to the future.
(Apparently, the people who lived here years before I moved in were fans of Quiche...)

Not so funny, actually! I now believe that the blank setting is for transmogrify, a la Calvin & Hobbes. I put a pizza in, and a T-Rex came out! I will have to find the "target" switch and make sure to change it next time.
