Welcome back to my video segment called the Weekly SS.
This episode is a Pre-Xmas Special, showing you a High Intensity Fitness Workout called the m100's. M stands for Mandatory, 100 is for 100 reps.
Now in my version of the 100's, instead of 3 exercises, by 10 reps each, and an additional 10 reps of the 1st exercise to make up 100 reps total..
I have made an optional version of 3 exercises x 10 reps x 10 sets, so you end up doing 100 reps of each of the 3 exercises you choose.
In this video i have chosen Jump Squats, Push Ups and Burpees, but you can choose whatever, as long as its a high intensity workout.
