get reginout here: http://www.reginout.com

Step-1: Repair Flash, Active-X and Registry Errors with RegInOut.

Step-2: Create a New Firefox Profile here:

http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Recovering+important+data+from+an+old+pro...

Step-3: Uninstall the Existing Flash Player by using official Adobe uninstaller here:
http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

Step-4: Install Latest Flash Version or Install a Previous Version if the Latest Doesn't Work.

Step-5: Update your sound drivers if possible since the videos may simply crash or freeze because of the corrupted or missing drivers.

1) Open Device Manager

2) Find the sound-card device

3) Remember the name of the device

4) Uninstall it.

5) After doing this restart your system and update the drivers if they are not automatically updated.
