They give shocks to you to "reset" your heart in a hospital. The cops give you a shock that can kill you also. Just click, Reset, Reset, Reset... and your reset. If he didn't die from the head strkes, CPR should have been started. But then again, if he survived, he could've pressed charges? Sued? cops are above the law, always lied and get away with it. if we regular citizens lie under oath, we go to jail. if cops lie they go to lunch paid by our taxes. educate ourselves, lets learn about our laws and the power of the people.
