Here is my LC set at the 2011 IKFF Invitational Meet in Detroit. I am competing in the Master's Division (aka old crusty dudes) with 20kg/44# Kettlebells.
Did 74 reps, which was about what I planned on doing, based on the level of my training this year. Not a PR, but I was able to go all 10 minutes, which was good. Most of my training sets were 2, 3 and 4 minutes long - I just decreased the rest time between sets as the competition neared.
Attached to the front of my belt is a heart-rate monitor watch, which I use to gauge the intensity of my workouts. My average HR for this ten minute set was 172. The first five minutes I went from 122 to around 175, and the last 5 I was around 180, and I had to pause to keep it from going over 185 (my "redline").
Nice, great pacing also.
