i lost my dad in 97 when i was 15.. I never cried or knew how to grieve my loss.. it caused me a lot of mental health issues not grieving properly. i never knew how to grieve or cry so I always just drank to dull the pain.. Im 29 now and trying to grieve for the first time.. this video helped. sorry for your loss too
