As to the reasons why any of those things are a problem. The list is endless.

1 You don't know all the laws of the land (nobody does) hence you can be charged for such things as collecting rain water, feeding the homeless, selling lemonade without a permit, driving faster than the speed limit, driving slower than the flow of traffic

2 suspending habeas corpus means they can arrest for a crime they think you may have committed and hold you basically until they feel like letting you go.

This is a question of rights, and the limitations placed on GOV via the Constitution. Case in point,

The GOV has the ability to regulate trade between states. Hence the GOV regulates the purchase of a GUN that is built in one state and sold in another.

The GOV has the ability to tax, hence you need a tax stamp to own a fully automatic
