@SimViper66 its never speculated where hes from, but sam houser did say he served in the serbian army befor moving to russia and became part of the immigration system, then he met bulgarin and moved to the us, but his family reside in st petersburg, if you notice hes also speaking serbian, and the mail from his mum is in serbian, sorry when we first spoke i didnt know this info lol

Actually you can't do regular taxi missions in gta IV for some dumbass reason.
