The National Restaurant Association busted a move at Chicagos McCormick Place, having coordinated the first-ever restaurant industry flash mob dance at the 2010 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show®.
The originally choreographed flash mob dance — set to Lady Gagas Just Dance — was created by dancer extraordinaire Christina Chen exclusively for the NRA Show.
Participants in the flash mob included show attendees; chefs; culinary students; exhibitors; Ecolabs mad scientist; and many others.

Is the woman who led this a professional Flash Mob Facilitator? I guess the digital age is creating all kinds of new jobs!!!

If you haven't heard of a flash mob before you should probably Google it. The whole point is to dance in a random location and other people are supposed to join in. They are super fun!

shouldn't they have done this some place other than where the convention was held? it's just foodies looking on as fellow foodies (attempt to) dance the same steps over and over again. whoopdeefreakingdo.
