to all smokers i buy my cigs online from OUTSIDE the country, i pay 15- 20 per carton after shipping costs it usually takes 2 weeks to get them but its worth it. and they are exactly the same, its a loophole and i have been doing it for 3 years. give it a try there are countless websites out there. p.s. fuck obama, and schip.

Only radical anti-smokers could be so blindly happy about this bill. And it will come back to bite them.
Here's what will happen: Those Patriotic, freedom-loving Americans who realize this is unfair "taxation without representation" (any pro-smoking Legislators approve it?), will simply circumvent this money grab by acquiring their smokes via the Black Market.

At which point it will be the now gleeful anti-smokers who get saddled with the bill!
Such justice is long overdue.

people are too stupid to make decisions for themselves apparently which is why they smoke in the 1st place.. yes lets make it worse bcuz when the smokers get older the children who had the health care will be repaying their debt by paying for their social security and the insurance it will take to keep them on breathing machines!!

I actually think its a great idea, as long as they dont encourage people to smoke!
As long as its peoples own decision, and what better place for the money to go, then healthcare for kids?

Shouldn't you be focused on repairing South Carolina? You know, there is an interesting quote which I hear today. It applies great here.
