wtf! Ham multimode 2s sounded pretty good on ssb but with the right mic sounded awsome on FM I had Concordes Multimodes and Jumbos various different models they all sounded great on FM with the right mic eg Turner Super Sidekick, K40 or best of all was the Cobra Dynamic, all pailed into insignificance against my 28030 happy days 73s
