  • Nice feeding vid, I haven't really enjoyed watching one of these beautiful snakes feed for a while until now. : ) Your vids are the best!

I was curious though, I heard that big snakes take longer to feed, but why do small snakes only take like about 30 minutes while some big snakes take a few hours? Isn't the snake size/prey size ratio the same?

  • @jxz107 Buttercup only took about 45 minutes to eat this rabbit and ten minutes of that was her playing with it trying to find the head after she let it go, any meal that takes longer than an hour for a snake to eat is TOO BIG for the snake and those people are just trying to save money and feed less often which I personally feel is CRUEL!

  • Lady Buttercup is wasting no time getting back to her normal size she sure looks incredible Jason :O) What a chow hound she is LOL Loved watching her and she sure aced this rabbit !! Yummy, one happy lady you have there now !! You'd best not change your intros I love them and sure all your friends feel the same way. They yell out the Jason we've all come to love and respect !!!! Will get a message out to you later a lot going on around here sorry I've not been in contact as often. Great Video !

  • @1softkiss Thank you my dear friend! She ate that rabbit last weekend and is going into SHED again, and she just shed 3 weeks ago! I want to make a SSS soon but I am sunburnt right now and I got to wait for that to pass a bit!

  • Cool Video Jason,What Is The Thawing Time On A 5 Lb Rabbit?,Butter Cup Is Looking Good

  • @MrReptileSmile I put it in cold water about a day before and when I am 100% sure its thawed completely, I put it in hot water for about 20 min to warm it up a little, then towel dry it, and you know what happens after that, nom nom nom! hehe!

  • @OG035 not being rude either but this is my channel and I love my intro, if u don't like it just skip ahead 30 seconds when you start my vids.

  • @OG035 I'm sorry your pc is slow, but I just run my channel to suit my personal taste, as you can easily tell, I don't fit into the "NORM" of anything.

  • Amazing.

  • @cutegayjason Then Buttercup is pretty much on the same schedule Nosey and Grumpy are they eat and shed about a month after each meal. Almost like clock work. It's been blasting hot here and still being a southerner at heart I'm outdoors every chance I get and I'm a nice deep brown now. Love My Sunshine :O)

  • hey jason how often do you feed buttercup and how long is she. I am asking because a freind of mine is about to have a baby and they want to give away their 13 foot normal burmese python. It is a female. I was thinking a good sized rabbit once a month and in between that a large rat. Thanks for the Help Bill

  • @cmanclan101 I enjoy feeding them what is a pain is when the bunny comes out the other end!
