TRACK YOUR CUSTOMERS
Text Message Loyalty gives you the ability to track your customers' habits and patterns. You can see how long it's been since they've been in your store and invite them back at your discretion.

RETAIN YOUR CUSTOMERS
There is one problem with paper punch cards... NO FOLLOW UP. When you digitally check your customer in using their cell phone phone number, their info is saved so you can invite them back in later.

REWARD YOUR CUSTOMERS
Now there is a way to reward your customers each time they purchase something from you AND keep their information so that you can invite them back or remind them how close they are to getting free stuff!

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...
Step 1: Check the customer in. The easiest and safest way to do this is by asking for their phone number and recording it on your Text Message Loyalty online profile at your point of sale. Check back for more ways to record check-ins.

Step 2: The customers get notified of their standing in your loyalty program automatically when you record their check-in. If they have qualified for a deal, the system will let them know. You don't have to do anything for this to happen.

Step 3: When your customers qualify for a deal they come in and show you the text message the system automatically sends them to redeem it. You then enter their phone number and click "Redeem" on your Text Message Loyalty profile. The system will confirm their eligibility and record that they cashed in on a deal.

LOYALTY REWARDS
Lose the paper loyalty punch cards. They're an unnecessary expense and your customers only tolerate carrying them around because of the potential to get free stuff. With TML you simply create a deal and set the number of purchases a customer must make at your store to qualify for the deal. TLM keeps track of their visits and alerts them automatically via text message when they reach it. They can redeem the deal by showing you the message.

CHECK-INS
It's as simple as asking "what is your phone number?" When your customers check out, you simply check them in using TML's easy-to-use check-in function. They will immediately get a customizable text message informing them of their standing toward receiving the deal, including number of visits and number of visits left until they get their free stuff.

CUSTOMER TRACKING
Customer Tracking is a tool unique to TML. This provides a means to follow check-in history for each customer that comes through your doors. That means you can target customer that haven't been in for a while and invite them back with special discounts or offers. These data trends can assist in organizing everything from your next promotion campaign to your next sale event.

CAMPAIGNS
Thanks to TML, customer's phone numbers are recorded as they check in, making it possible for you transmit your offers instantly. Different deals can also be set as 'campaigns' to selected demographics of your registered customer list -- for example those that come weekly, bi-weekly, or those you haven't seen in a while. This give you the opportunity to custom fit your specials to those who will use it most.

CAMPAIGN HISTORY
Can't remember what exactly you sent for your Memorial Day Weekend Deal last year? No problem, with Campaign History your past campaigns are archived and kept safe for later access. Want to improve on last year's deals? Campaign History also logs response levels to your campaigns, showing you right where adjust for even more success.

CUSTOMER DIRECTORY
Not only will you have a database of Customer phone numbers, names & transaction history, TML also offers a Contact Book. In your directory, you can add information or notes to contacts, e.g.: "Jeff asked about catering with his last order, mentioned that he works for DataTell Inc. & they often order in for large meetings." This is the perfect opportunity to text Jeff a special offer like, "20% off your first Catering order for over 15 people".

  • I love Text Message Loyalty! It's totally legit. Not only does it allow me to get rid of those pesky punch cards, it also get's me more free deals at my favorite restaurants. Way to go on this one guys! A+. (I like the video too)
