Is it okay to, instead of keeping the feet together, allow the leg on the side of the dumbbell to come out? It seems like we could take some weight off the hand gripping the bar this way.
I don't see how this keeps traps out of the movement though, the scapulae are clearly rotating and you can see the traps shortening here.
